The 5th Quadrant is the latest addition to the Lompoc Family. The most northerly of all of the Lompocs, the 5th Quadrant (or 5Q as it is commonly known) is also surprisingly the warmest of all the Lompocs, a benefit not lost on the bald-headed patrons who frequent the establishment.
